I assume it also reflects damage dealt by Poppy's and Viktor's Q, eg. converting damage to magic doesn't matter. I'm more curious about Morde's Q because it's an on-hit effect that applies spell-based effects (Rylai's, spellvamp, etc.) but not on-hit effects (doesn't crit, doesn't lifesteal).

IMO, in Britain Thorin might actually be legally correct that Tryndamere was Libeling StarlordLucian. E-Stalking is a crime so it falls right into the wheelhouse. Bullying is an act of moral disrepute, so that is again, a strong one. The statements, if believed, would certainly cause financial and reputational damage so its all there. And the qualifications really only help out in America because we set the bar much higher than other countries.

Having a licence, and the TOS is a license, is a defense to a copyright infringement claim. The plain text of the current TOS can't be interpreted to support that view. They can change that, like I said, but there is a reason they keep going to these strange pseudo-moral justifications. Twitch might accept their DMCA notice because most hosts are fairly weak on those things, but that doesn't mean that they would legally prevail under a neutral arbitrator or judge.
