yea just double checked, especially with the % health dot being moved to active only he's actually significantly worse at jungling than he was before, and before I'd have put him at "ok"

Not sure how I feel about the Ahri changes. The movespeed boost is so good but without the damage amp from charm, your e+q poke at low levels is pretty underwhelming. Before I felt i could outright win the lane with 2 e+q at level 2/3

ZZ'Rot Portal is the best item Riot ever created.

best item atm and its going to be the first item for top players pretty soon, +50 armor and +50 mr is fucking nuts.
If you don't know what the fuck you are doing, how are your enemies supposed to know what the fuck you are doing. - imaqtpie on NA teams at Worlds.

i think all match ups in top lane you'd be safe against both magic and physicial damage in lane, you also have 100% base health regeneration. also yes, it does give you the gold.

its pretty much god tier item for top lane lol.

If you're up against someone who only does one kind of damage, you're basically spending 2,800 gold for 1,000 gold worth of defensive stats and 270 gold worth of health regen. Banshee's, locket, sunfire and randuin's are all around the same price. I don't know how much the void spawns do since I've never actually seen someone build this, but the defensive stats are pretty damn bad for what you're paying.

Not to mention lack of health sort of hurts early on. Since health tends to be the safest and easiest defensive itemization early on, especially since giant's belt is built from ruby crystal. Though starting with half of zzrot, and finishing a core defensive item might be pretty good idea. Like getting negatron cloak into giant's belt, into funfire cloak, into zzrot might not be half bad. Or Negatron+catalyst, into righteous glory into zzrot.

So basically the damage from missing health will be pretty close, and the massive nerf to his other damage will mean he's clearing slower overall?
