say it does 1 damage + a value that scales directly with the opponents health pool, if they are at 3000 health it does more damage than someone who's at 1000 health. it can't be percentage based because otherwise it makes it worse against tanks who have higher mitigation

or even something that does bonus damage based on how much MR the other guy has, the point is to punish them for investing heavily into tank stats without being even stronger against characters that aren't stacking health and resists

could just have an item that gives you increasing spell penetration the more spells you cast but the stacks wear off out of combat. the penetration isn't going to matter vs squishies anyway so it really only serves to increase your damage vs tanks.

if bkb didn't exist black hole would suck dick, outside of the very rare time you get the entire team, and thats going to be a lot harder to do in a game with blink dagger on a 5 min cd with a quarter the range

i kinda just meant making the aoe of his % max health pool very large, letting him define where a teamfight can and can't take place. would make him very strong at fighting over dragon/baron.

If crit doesn't count as on hit effect, but stattik shiv proc can crit, what does that mean when irelia q's an enemy? I know the lighting procss, but can the lightning crit?

Had played a random ranked game as irelia, rushed hex drinker into shiv, as a means to deal with liss top while hitting a powerspike in midgame teamfights. Sorta worked out, but was just wondering how efficient it was.

A small radius increase on malz pool would be fine but midnight pulse is massive. Would need a damage nerf or it would be stupidly broken.

Hope Annie's among the champs that gets "compensation" really enjoying her lately. Sucks for Ahri but she's still playable. DFG is not the best choice nowadays anyway when there are 4-5 champs that can rush morello and waveclear for days.

DFG was never the way to deal with tanks anyways, that was the adcarries job, not the midlaner.It was just a nice bonus if your midlaner could burst down their tanks, the DFG nerf is only going to affect Ahri out of the current meta mid-laners as the rest didn't get it that much anymore anyways.

would it really need much of a damage nerf if it was 600 radius it'd be the size of galio/anivias ulti. which is enough to fill the dragon pit about. .01 ratio is a lot if you get super high AP i guess with the way dragon works now and the elixir and stuff you can easily get 600-700 AP a game for about 15% max hp a second, but would that be too much? i'd have to see i think.

Malzahar is in a fine state, the main issue he has is related to coordinated play and his kit in general. Malzahar stomps lane and is easy to snowball with strong roams and insane damage, assassins can't touch him 1v1 after 6 unless they outplay and he can just waveclear from the other side of the lane. He is meh in teamfights because he is fairly immobile. Malzahar right now is pretty much where Veigar is, maybe not competitively viable, but can still dominate soloQ, and for most people, that is enough.

he's meh in teamfights becasue his only means of getting someone to stand on his pool stuns himself, his E and his Q are actually great, but the fact neither his W or ult are even somewhat effective is debilitating.

I also think Veigar is a LOT closer to being competitive viable than Malz (at least before DFG removal) he has great tools that come just short of writing the check for his lack of mobility, if you increased the range of all of their abilities by 33% Veigar would get play, Malz would still suffer from the aforementioned problems.

Its so interesting that riot and the league community took people messing up and turned it into "outplay" rather than a fuck up. if one player screws up, the other "outplays" them rather than them screwing up.

Malzahar is the most commonly recommended "hipster" hero on Chinese League forums for people looking to climb the ladder for what it's worth. High damage, easy mechanics, brain-dead farming, unbeatable 1v1 are the commonly cited advantages.
