Edit: I'm logged in NA atm. Chat is down. Still getting higher ping than pre-4.20 (flux 110-120, as opposed to 34). Edit2: ran Red>Wraiths>Wolves>Frog off just one pot. Smited on Red and Frog, didn't feel like I had enough hp to finish on Blue. idr the time after that route, gomen. Edit3: what other junglers are ideal users for Devourer? Shy and Yi seem the most obv.

It only reduces CD, and 90s is low enough for a fight initiate. Riot doesn't make very many champs where leveling your ultimate is wrong, but this is one of them. Yeah I'm wondering if Riot will make the range scale or something in future patches cause as is you typically max every other skill before getting levels 2 & 3 in ult.

Because if so, that's when I'd say to pick em up. yeah you can even get jungle blade + boots + AS dagger if you risk sticking around with low HP. best route i've found is rocks - red - birds - wolves - rocks - blue - frog - then maybe birds again. i start QEW smiting rocks and birds, W first or second is faster but the QE start with AS marks + 1 AS and 2 lifesteal quints gives you noticeably more HP. basically you gotta abuse your Q's interaction with the rock smite stun to get a good first clear. oh and masteries you can actually get away with 21/9/0 with a similar amount of hp as 9/21/0 if you take feast and don't take double-edged sword (you can feel the extra 1% damage from camps).

They make a game, and if people finding exploits in your game do not immediately affect your sales, why spend money trying to fix it? It's the same reasoning they use to explain why they still have the shitty death recaps, there's just not enough to gain from spending resources on it. They fix things when they become a big enough problem to need fixing. That's just good business. I can see why the companies you listed would do it. First of all they can afford it, second of all it's zero risk because adobe for example don't piss off their other customers by letting hackers dick around with their own copies of photoshop, but to actively encourage people to hack a multiplayer game would just be retarded. I'm a software developer. I know anything I've written that is over one or two years old simply isn't up to my current standards. The last thing I want is to encourage other people to find faults with it. I KNOW it's shitty, but for me to go back and fix my old code that works perfectly fine as long as you're not actively trying to fuck with it is just a huge time and moneysink that I don't see anyone but huge companies like Google, Mozilla, Microsoft, Adobe, etc being able to afford, and I definitely don't fault Riot for not fixing anything that's not making headlines. Also, to fuck around with old code is asking for trouble, as Riot above all have proven again and again. Every time they change something, new bugs crop up. Now that's how you piss off your customers. http://www.riotgames.com/articles/20141121/1622/hunt-introducing-riot’s-bug-bounty-program Fuck you Osmoses.

Then wolves -> rocks (smite) -> blue -> frog (smite). i didn't even think of this and it's probably a good idea if you want to push for a blade+dagger+dagger first back or you're worried about being too low against a strong opposing jungler who might invade. smiting red does add some travel time as well, but the main reason i like smiting birds is that even if you don't gank, it gives you at least a little bit of map presence by clearing a ward mid or top. edit: although if you're worried about being invaded you can just back safely after boots + blade money i think

Running: 21/9 with AD red/quints, flat armour yellows and flat MR blues (Nothing particularly new) Try 1: Started golems > red. Got my shit rekt, burnt both pots. Would have died to raptors. Lessons were learnt Try 2: Red > Raptors > Wolves > Blue. Far better, burnt pot at red and burnt one at raptors. Finished clear at 3:45 Wonder is currently in game, will try to rope him into pulling golems for me to try that out Experiments in shen jungle: Set up: 9/21, MS quints, AS red, flat armour yellows and flat armour blues (Again nothing ground breaking) Ran the same route as I did on J4 Red > Raptors > Wolves > Blue, I found that my smite came up before I finish wolves so I may not need to take wolves in the first place. Considering I decided for the purposes of emulation taking taunt at level 3 I could have had a faster clear time if I wanted. Finished the route at 4:05

Yeah, that's a ton of walking and I didn't know how to ask otherwise, l0l. I was thinking "do you back to base somewhere in this route? This can't possibly be one single clear." That's a wide range of junglers and I'm less than inclined to believe that they're all good Devourer users. Nunu, Voli, Naut seems more fitting with Jugg while Cho seems better with Magus.
