PBE Thread updated with another hefty load of changes. Don't know how Riot is actually testing all of these at the same time and gathering reasonable data.

I think the bigger issue is them doing an overall nerf to Elise AGAIN (500 AA range in human form, webbing width smaller, rappel range reduced, human Q range increased).

They're finally nerfing Banshees, and giving Lucian's E a more reasonable CD timer compared to the BS it currently is on live.

I hate the Banshee's nerf. They're killing what makes the item unique and will make the passive basically irrelevant especially when there's so many aoe poke in the game, when imo they should just hit the overall stats it gives.

As for Elise, imo the Q and E nerf are way way more significant than the auto attack nerf. Jungle Elise doesn't really care that much about her auto range, except maybe for red buff application and even then it's not really an issue with rappel. Jungle Elise is usually built full/near-full tank too so the vulnerability aspect of a range nerf isn't a big deal. It's overall a huge nerf though since E gets much harder to hit and her engage potential is further reduced with Q/E range reductions.

so they keep nerfing every offensive jungler to power level of tanks whats the point of playing them ?every single pro jungler said they dont want farming junglers to be strong cuz games are uneventful and boring riot jsut insist on making it happen

Rappel range should have been nerfed a long long long time ago. While it looks weird to change it now that elise is not 1st pick/ban any more she's still a top pick and they can rebalance her from there damage wise if need be. The auto/human Q range nerfs however are pretty random. anyway it's pbe and they will probably pick 2 or 3 out of the 4 to go live.

I have a theory that once a champions sees play X times in LCS it will see a nerf.

On the other hand, win rate of such champion on soloQ, regardless of MMR range, has no bearing on future nerfs.

Lol I don't understand riot's balance philosophy. For every champion buffed there's at least 10 nerfs. and those buffs arent even big most of the time, mostly shit like 1 second cd decrease or 20 mana decrease on spells. I'm pretty sure literally every champion in the game is weaker now than they have been in the past. It's pretty hilarious actually, if they keep going like this teamfights will take 10 minutes because of how nobody does any damage xD

Riot really hates junglers. We can't have more then 3 viable junglers at once.
It's crazy how many patches we have this year. Last year Worlds were on 3.10 and now we are already on 4.12.

Banshee's actually used to have that cd, except it could restore itself in combat, as is that makes the passive almost non existent, man I just hate how they nerf everything that gets played one at a time, something will be the best ffs

like why does the Lissandra buff have to be a trade? can't we see how the Q buff goes first, it's not like you don't have a 2 week patch cycle to change it holy shit.

yea it was changed a year and a half ago. if you want to go back even earlier, it used to be something like 25 seconds w/out the no-combat clause.

this nerf really annoys me since people always complain that League items are boring or that we need more items. The only problem is, every time there's a unique, powerful item with a cool ability, the ability gets nerfed or made pointless. I wish that Riot would, instead of giving us piece of shit items like Essence Reaver, they'd just buff/rework current items so that they're unique and impactful.

champions with big sweeping changes always get disabled for at least two weeks in LCS.

i'm more curious as to whether Shen is enabled now since the red tracker suggests that the guy behind the Shen bug fixing might've found a fix.

Personally, I think the issue with junglers is that in pro play, jungles will almost always be relegated to a support/low farm role due to how farm is distributed on the pro level. This means farming jungles will imo never be a thing unless something drastic about the game is changed (ie. pre-nerf Feral Flare).

Talking about what is "fun" for regular players is a moot point imo. Almost every champion is perfectly playable in solo queue with a few, rare exceptions. Rarely does Riot's balancing significantly impact a champion's solo queue playability.
