Nope. New rules for duo queue. 1 League difference at max.

It was only in context of duo queue, not solo queue

Like, sure, its PBE, but the champ should be purely under observation for far longer than a week before they even consider changes. The only thing that should ever demand such immediate attention before thorough observation is something that's hotfix-level broken.

Especially in the case for nidalee where she doesn't seem overly weak despite rework. though, a lot of her changes seem more quality of life changes.

I don't think Riot's going to think that hard about people playing her wrongly, they just look up lolking and that's fine imo.

Pin all her stats to a dartboard and throw darts for which ones to buff? On some level, if you're going to base what to buff/nerf on how the community plays the champion, then you need to wait for the community to figure out how to play the champion. And if you're not going to base it on how the community plays the champion, why did you have to wait till after the champion was live to make these changes? What do people bumbling around for 1 week of games on live tell you that weeks of PBE testing didn't?

Anyways, in regards to the nidalee changes, the number changes were pretty small, and most of the major changes are all based on quality of life changes imo.

What do people bumbling around for 1 week of games on live tell you that weeks of PBE testing didn't? They just buff what people complained about least. So like Nid's spears were way too annoying. Now the spears have been nerfed in at least 5 ways. Athenes got nerfed. Their damage got nerfed. Their speed got nerfed. The max range got nerfed. Her escape potential was annoying. She now only gets 10% movespeed from brushes and a longer cd on W. Then if someone on live makes a forum posts "nid should get a reset on her cat form after landing a spear otherwise you just stay in cat form" they'll incorporate that. There was a popular post a few weeks ago on reddit about how Kayle's ult was up too much. Bam Kayle ult duration nerf. Other than that it might as well be darts on a board.

Supposedly, they take input from LCS pros and things highly, but to what extent the numbers help I have no idea. I prefer patches happening less frequently than this load of crap we call balance now.
