I'm a bit saddened because I kinda liked the gameplay of champs like her and Kennen, playing top and relying on constant harass and autos because they'd lose a straight-up trade, and walking a fine line between aggression and overcomitting/pushing the wave too hard. On the other hand I didn't play Nidalee apart from a few games to try my hand at it (toplane obv.) so it's not like I've got my say in these things. | ||

^ that may be why I've frozen in place 4 times in 2 games as Vi. I've noticed that in my last games too, assumed it was a bit of lag but since it's the same thing (happened in lane, wondered why I didn't auto the minions I wanted to last hit) maybe that's actually microlag happening from the server. | ||

I disagree. This is definitely not the reason. The problem with Sona vs Leona is that as Sona you have to play like a chicken pre6. If you try to Q harass Leona will E you and you will get out traded really hard. It's very different from Sona vs Morg/Blitz/Thresh where you can hide behind your own minions and Q. | ||

Leona doesn't really beat squishy supports that hard.The hard part of leona lanes is you have to play really aggro to win and most supports don't have good escapes for when the enemy jungler comes. | ||

unfortunately ultimates on so many champs these days aren't significantly more powerful than a regular spell. and in the case of a bunch of new champs only amplify a regular spell so sacrificing that t gain 3 more spells is a significant advantage if they all deal damage or provided even more utility than a single spell would. | ||

You have to play chicken all lane long because you let Leona reach level 2 (maybe even 3) while still in shape to just jump on you whenever she feels like it, if she's down to half HP when it happens and your powerchord is up she's the one who's gonna have second thoughts. | ||
