it confuses me to no end.
was playing aatrox jungle, get the living shit beat by enemy lee sin, at my red buff. the lee sin continues to counter jungle me. I'm literally poorer than a crackheaded nintendudex looking for blow. my top lane darius feeds lane like 5 kills, i don't really care, game is over cuz i sucked. the guy starts flaming the living shit out of me, and challenges me to a 1v1, after i point out he's been feeding as well. game ends. report the guy. he sends me friend invite looking for the 1v1. rofl.

What the... From 157 to 120 damage on Q (past the first one) for Skarner at level 9. Less than 2 autos worth of CD reduction on his W and E, none on his ult. An awkward passive that takes ages to apply. Somehow a MS buff should increase stickiness (it does, but nowhere near a real slow: see how Phage gives you bonus attacks more consistently than before, but if a guy's running straight to his tower you'll get less on average just because he reaches it faster, unless you dive).
I don't see how that helps Skarner at all. Good base damage on Q and a synergy between sitting in the middle of the enemy team and his shield was what made him actually decent at brawling late game (still no Shyvana and needs a bunch of gold, like Hecarim, but eh).
Not sure about the Nidalee changes. Bushwhack seems like it'd deal outrageous amounts of damage (especially with Liandry's), and... the cd on her Human Q (and only the Q) depends on her ult's level, rather than the skill's level itself? ._. How obfuscated is that.

holy fuck has anyone tried playing AP kog after the changes to his Q? that is some high skill cap shit, after playing kass the mana cost ramp on his ult doesn't seem that bad. Landing EQ while kiting and autoing and landing R's is so fucking hard though, seems pretty strong, and making Q a 1000 range skillshot is def great for AP and gives him basically a whole nother safe skill.
Seems like it would be a really rewarding indie champ to master, with that Q skillshot he doesn't even feel gimpy anymore, feels like a total long range mage. W range makes him super great at using lichbane off of his R spam lategame as well...its just so challenging to land everything when it all goes different speeds etc.

meh, I dont feel that hot about khazix atm. Especially top lane Kha had superscary lvl1 and 2 thanks to massive dmg on Q but I doubt thats the case anymore. Oh well, not the first time I had to learn a replacement champion.

I had that report message pop up yesterday. Im a bad person for telling my whining, feeding team to "Stop being shit and stop whining like children and we'll win" multiple times.
It existed long before that though, maybe 6-9 months.

I did this today and accepted his 1v1. Still beat him although I got "disqualified" because I picked Trundle and he's "not a real mid champ."
