We're increasing Skarner's power with more CC and stickiness without creating the old gameplay problems. Additionally, he will be able to consistently bring value to his team, even when behind. He also has upgraded character textures and some new particles for his passive and W. Also I don't quite get their reasoning. Old skarner simply punished people really fucking hard for overextending without wards. Vi does the same exact same thing, with more damage. How is skarner going to provide value for his team when the CD buffs to W/E don't even make up for the passive change. At 40%CDR, that "buff" is worth less than 2 autos in 8 secs on champs. I know skarner can get kited, but that's just ridiculous. Even best cases scenario with zero CDR, I'd be really surprised if you couldn't get 3 autos in 16 seconds of a fight if you lived that long, or 2 in 14.
With this Skarner, WW is wayyyyyyy better because you just turn E on as WW and you get a trolololol 40% ms buff.
This Skarner can only maintain the momentum if you can keep Qing someone. That's a tall order.

BUGFIX Fixed a bug where Flamespitter dealt less damage when on purple team
Maybe purple side wins less even in mirror modes because all champions deal less damage while on purple team

Most likely a drophack. Could just be the game server imploding (because of non-drophack related reasons) and sending out some random errorcode tho.

Yeah haven't seen it before till today. Didn't even notice it till people were freaking out on the other team asking a person I was playing with how on earth they got it.

I mean, them World Cup skins are pretty meh to me at least, nothing special at all :\ Winter skins are the best ones, and I've had a break with LoL when they appeared and I regret that I don't own at least 2 of them.

No idea, I think the first time I've seen this popup was like 2-2,5 months ago. I'm not getting reported often so I can't tell you more details about that ;p
Also most people that yell at you whole game or ask to report just don't do it. I think it's because of the laziness.
