Alright, we're going to call it a day with all the Thorin drama, guys. I figured if it was about SI, onGamers, TSM, etc, it had some relevance to League but somehow you guys managed to devolve the discussion into an issue about race of all things. Enough is enough. With his AD buff on Q, dblade prob becomes better with lifesteal quite early on Trundle too. FH is also really specialised (imagine FoN without the %MS or something like that?) so after Riot dumped on resistances compared to HP it's really not a great item to build, it's like 3rd big item or something on most champions (I guess tanks could get away with it 2nd, but they come out of the jungle atm so jungling item first), you want a bunch of HP first, especially if the enemy team has some magic damage. I guess on champions like Nautilus or Maokai you could try Golem->Locket (starting with kindlegem if you need the HP)->FH? They're still mighty mana-hungry though, even after FH (plus it's 100 less mana now). On the other hand CDR is so rare now for everything not mage or support, and against certains comps and popular picks (Jax, Yasuo, etc.) the passive is rather neat. | ||

There are several champions that I bet would use Ardent Censer really well. We just talk about Lux because since Lux shield shields twice and the buff lasts 6 seconds, she could keep 100% uptime with it. Lux also already wants to be building AP, which differentiates her from Thresh and Alistar. Karma is probably the other really good candidate for it I'd think. Whether or not that's broken enough to make Lux support a thing I think it's hard to say. Lux support I think is situationally viable atm but the situations in which she is viable are so rare as to basically not occur. In order to be better than Morgana she needs bot lanes who are focused on poke and harass over strong early engages and all in fights, and teamfights that are focused on AoE damage over single target CC and burst. Critically, Lux support mostly competes with Zyra support, and Zyra doesn't get any benefit from the new item, so if it's strong enough to make Lux more desirable than Zyra, she might see play as support on an occasional basis. That's my opinion anyway. | ||

It's kind of sad how Riot moves in this trend of making everything weaker (think old Soraka, Randuin's even Innervating Locket). I guess it's nice because it allows skill to show more by leveraging smaller advantages, but it makes League a little less exciting. | ||

I guess it's nice because it allows skill to show more by leveraging smaller advantages, but it makes League a little less exciting. you can also argue its making the game less skill based, because you can get outplayed multiple times throughout the game and still end with a W by not being the one making the mistake late game when respawn timers are punishing. because never gaining large advantages means the game can end up being about waiting for respawn timers to hit a point you can capitalize on kills enough to get inhibs. | ||
