slot efficient is a stat that's relevant for small items like dorans or a small 2k item like the jungle item where you want to replace with a bigger item, frozen heart and giants belt items are as big as items get so your ansewr makes zero fucking sense
also you completely ignore the fact that giants +randuins gives you like 80% of the stats of randuins and you can directly decide to finish frozen out of wardens or warmogs/sunfire etc out of giants for nearly the same cost so slot efficiency barely comes in

it would be in alarics hypothetical. Randuins costing 3500 would mean FH costs 2600 so 900 gold free to buy giants belt. Pretty reasonable to compare them at that point.
Omen warmogs is by far the best combo defensively aunfire is decent but mostly good early game and FH is just barely cost effective if you count the active and not the mana but it gives CDR which isnt defensive

Warmogs fh sounds kind of terrible. IF you're just looking to get tanky omen + warmogs is like mad hp and armor.

warmogs FH is actually pretty good. +1k hp +100 armour with good passives of regen and attack speed slow, 400 mana and 20%
that the build up is the worst part. You dont want to stack HP in lane and you don't want to come out of lane with just FH and no hp.

yeah but if randuins costs 3500 then nobody would go randuins because until you have full build goings for warmogs+FH is superior to going warmogs+randuins (would be 900 more expensive) and by the time you reach full build the added utility of FH outweights the randuins slow probably.
i guess the misunderstanding comes from comparing current situation and the hypothetical situation at the same time and confusing conclusions
