Well according to the client, heimer with 0 healing items/vamp at all has healing done at the end of a match. who knows if what that reads as healing is the same as what will be read as healing for the item | ||

from the number of healing done at the end of my test game i think it only counts actual HP regen'd by the aura as healing done, so the towers in theory only have healing done to them after that take damage, which makes sense. heimer as a weird aura boat would be pretty funny. locket/zekes/censer/banner. players get 20-40 hp/5 20 mres 25 atk speed 20 ad 10% lifesteal >.< heimer would be giving his team 200 hp/5 100 mres 100% attack speed 100 AD and 50% lifesteal in free stats. and then minions get bonus stats. | ||

Maybe, but 25% attack speed isn't valuable enough to warrant modifying your build to do wacky things. It will be a nice bonus to Janna and Lulu who provide attack based steroids (lulu effective on-hit and janna AD) but for someone who builds fotm to waste 1900 gold so they can give their ADC 25% attack speed for 6 seconds every minute seems kinda out there. The item only had 30 AP and 10% CDR for 1900 gold, if you're not really abusing the 25% attack speed it won't be worthwhile, and the only champions that can really do that are champions like Janna and Lulu. Janna's tower push with this item, shield your AD for +50 (or more AD) while also giving them 25% attack speed? That is going to knock down towers in the mid game awful fast. | ||

The thought was that every time the support gets a minon kill with fotm it heals the nearest ally, giving them attack speed. | ||
