Hes very strong in lane vs alot of the squishy mages too (veigar, lux).
Flask is less than 3 rakes, it helps but not enough most of the time. Unfortunately barely anyone plays the few champions he does well against. It's just brutal for 1-6 against almost anyone else. Veigar who just Q's you on every CD is also really obnoxious as well, just most people are bad.

Obviously slows like Orianna's, or cc like Lux's will laugh at you.
At level 3 you can either get a 2nd point in Rake or a point in E if you see an opening, a single E, aa-Q, W, aa till the slow runs out is also a lot of damage (unless, again, they're something gay like Lux that'll just shield herself and laugh), problem is if you want to try an all-in you'll have to avoid taking too much harass till E comes back off cd, while they pot up. It's a really long cd and you don't have much stickiness because the silence is short, and so is your slow.
Generally it involves living till 6 then 100-0ing people (his numbers aren't that bad on paper, but he's boned if they have a single shield, heal, cc, etc. because he has no follow-up, contrary to Zed (who also bursts harder with BotRK), Kha'Zix (huge-ass stickiness and Q is silly dps for an assassin) or Fizz (between Q and E the downtime on his mobility is low) and he doesn't have a true escape either), abusing his short ult cd and Rake's decent scaling (brutaliser is nice for PvP but it doesn't let you one-shot creeps) to roam a ton and snowball the game.
If you think LB has it rough in the late game, Talon's probably the worst assassin in this regard (with Irelia, hue) so you'll want that snowball and have your allies carry you if you don't stomp in the midgame.
level 1-2-3 trades like that haven't worked for me at all, because while you get a nice damage chunk off at the start, you end up getting chunked right back when you walk out, by minion aggro and their autos and spells.
Lategame I've actually felt pretty good, He's not really a single target assassin (well he can be if given the opportunity), your whole job is to find a clump of enemies and initiate with EWQR and run out in stealth while you team goes in. If you do it right you do an absolute fuckload of AOE damage and survive to clean up with your second rotation. Also his split is really really strong with Q for tower pushing, instant waveclear rake, and ult to book it if you get caught. If you prepare with correctly placed wards you can usually E to a neutral and then pop ult and be completely uncatchable.

And auto Smiter. Because pressing a button at the right time is an overrated skill. Just make a program to do it like automatic timers.

Also, looking at how "confident" the Curse CEO was, I am even more certain that Riot basically approved Curse Voice under the table. Curse knew for sure this program they made is 100% OK.
Riot basically sold their only game for some quick bucks.

auto smite would be illegal because it presses a button, but a burst calculator would actually be totally legal by their ruling, as all the information is already available to the player.

I can't say 100% for certain that that is what it is.
But a few weeks ago when drop hacks were all the rage this exact circumstance was described MANY times on many different forums, and from there I've made the logical leap on my own.
People describing, in detail how they got their 3rd or 4th kill in lane before X minutes (let's say, "early" in the game) only to DC, be unable to reconnect, and have the game mysteriously disappear from their match history.
Or on the flip side, that noob feeding top laner just died for the 5th time in lane. And the same thing happens.
So far as I can tell it drops the entire game from match history and it's purpose is to stop losses from recording on the user's account.

I am still quite certain, but not 100% so, that you fuck up/forget red/blue timers now and then as well.
