IMO Graves still going to suffer from being shorter-ranged than Cait/Jinx/Varus, not as good a duelist as Lucian/Draven, and not as good at bursting people as Sivir/MF/Trist. Everything he does, someone else can do better. Slight ult buffs aren't going to change that.

AP Mid: Scaling health or Armor seals. Consider switching out AP quints for flat CDR too. Most AD mids are assassins. Scaling armor reach 8.6 at level 6 so it almost evens out the flat armor seals by the time he starts being strong. You still have the +4 base armor and whatever early scaling armor gives you so you should still crap on him before that. AD Mid: I think you gain more from flat health seals now but I'm not sure if it's really worth it. Marksman: I personally do 1 Armor quints + 2 Attack Speed for most. 2 AD quints for someone like Urgot or Ezreal instead. Scaling Armor seals instead of flat. Either all flat MR or 5 MR + 4 Mana regen gylphs. Support: I would like to say same but CDR quints are more attractive now.

Remake of Smoke Screen? Range buff on ult? No idea. They could just revert all his nerfs 1 by 1 'til he's in a good spot again.

They'll buff in other areas, but taking back a nerf is hardly ever done. It's something I've never understood, where nerfs come in to keep a champ in check in a certain meta, the meta changes, and then that nerf is suddenly overbearing and unneeded.

They need to buff his passive, and Q damage at the very least but will probably needs a range buff too. The Graves wet dream is to quickdraw in, and then get off a massive buckshot/collateral damage combo, and then auto people down while you wait for your cooldowns. Riot reverts a lot of nerfs, they just take their time in doing so.

I see nerfs partially reverted fairly often. Recent examples being TF and Eve's Q.

By that point, between crit passive, mostly 5 sword of the occults, and infinity edge, i was hitting for a lot. wait, so stacking occult/mejai's works? Isn't it supposed to be unique passive?

+ Show Spoiler + R - Dominus BONUS HEALTH 300/450/600 health ⇒ 200/400/800 health MAGIC DAMAGE PER TICK 40/70/100 ⇒ 30/60/120 Renekton is typically seen as falling off late game, but with the new changes to Dominus, Renekton seems to get a rather odd power-spike at level 16, with his ult giving him a whopping 400 additional health and 60 magic damage per tick. Compare this to his old values, where each additional level of Dominus gave only 150 health and 30 damage per tick. I'm not really sure what my point in posting this is besides saying that it seems really strange to give an early-game champion a bizarre level 16 power-spike. I wonder if people will play him differently as a result. I mean, it's like he gets an additional Sunfire Cape at level 16, minus the armor.
