S3 Vlad thrived off of Spectral Wraith. S4 WotA, if this goes through, is Wraith - jungle bloat + better buildup + 40AP. Blasting wand gives 40 AP and costs 860g. Cass is always viable for spell vamp. Spell vamp Malz is weirdly effective, plus he would love the extra AP with his ratios and wouldn't lament the lost mana regen. I saw a spell vamp Veigar run riot one game. I guess it's still the same problems as the old one though. On the other hand, more AP does mean you don't lose out on as much damage, and have to rely less on spell vamp being your defensive itemisation. Going for spell vamp (which acts as defence/survivability) won't mean you'll forfeit too much damage, which the previous WotA did. Interesting... | ||

When I watched his streams, he really only ganked when it was sure kills, and then would take the kills. He also took buffs and taxed heavily, but not stupidly as some jungler streamers do. | ||

You're right. People that played with XJ9, Meteos, and Nightblue are much more likely to ragequit over the smallest things than bronze/silver players. | ||

At the same time, if you put one of those guys in a bronze/silver game, they would be able to 1v5. This "style" of jungling is pretty hard to actually master and I don't think it's a good point to start learning ! | ||
