Frommaplestreet and Calitrollz join Team 8

ALTGG.com is proud to announce the addition of Ainslie "Frommaplestreet" Wyllie and Steven "CaliforniaTrlolz" Kim to the Team 8 roster. After an unfortunate set of events with their former top laner, the team has remained resilient in their pursuit of professional League of Legends. CaliforniaTrlolz will be coming in to replace the former top laner, and the team feels he is a much better fit. In addition, Frommaplestreet will be joining the team as the new AD Carry. With this change, Slooshi will be moving to the mid lane while former mid player Chu8 will be moved to a sub position. Please join us in welcoming these new players to our eSports family!

Position: AD Carry
Ainslie "Frommaplestreet" Wyllie is a high elo player, who previously played as AD Carry for Velocity eSports. He was raised in Calgary, Canada, and grew up playing video games on consoles. He is also the brother of Team Solomid's current jungler TheOddOne, and shares his brothers passion for competitive League of Legends.

CaliforniaTrlolz:

Position: Top
Steven "CaliforniaTrlolz" Kim is 22 years old and is from Korea. He used to be competitive in the amateur scene of Starcraft Broodwar, but then moved onto League of Legend where he has been playing for the last 3 years. He just graduated from UC Berkely but is still hoping to chase after the dream of being a pro gamer.

Manager Statement:

I'm happy to announce the two newest additions to the roster of Team 8 for the upcoming NACL and Coke Zero Challenger Series. First our new AD Carry FromMapleStreet, the former AD carry for 2013 LCS Team Velocity. In top lane we introduce a player new to the scene. He is a strong upcoming amateur player known from the challenger ladder, CaliforniaTrlolz. With these new additions to our roster we feel the team is now stronger than ever, and both players will be arriving in the gaming house within the week. ~Spencer8

Nice to See TheOddBro on a team again, he was solid on the underwhelming Velocity roster, so I'm curious how he'll do on this team. I recognize most of those names from high ELO soloq streams, but I never really paid attention to them, will have to change that.

Is this team participating in NACL/Coke qualifiers?
