Riot has said they've got nerfs for Ziggs coming, they just didn't have time to test them before this patch got finalized.

I've been saying it for months with the s4 changes : riot should just put everybody at lvl11 and with 8k gold at the start of the game and call it a day.

This is a pretty neat idea though
We’ve introduced a stable roster of free champions for new players to play. Our goal is to improve the way players learn to play League of Legends when they’re first starting out. These champions were picked because of how easy they can be learned and how enjoyable most new players find them.

The balance changes seem ok overall but those tower changes man...If they hate early tower pushes why not just give the damage reduction to all towers? :[

I'd hate the tower change less if it affected bot lane too. Now it's just magically weaker for no reason.

what I dislike the most is their streamlining mentality. now they nerf annies early game strength which make her an interesting pick. the turret change illustrates that they want too much control over how the game is played and strategy evolution.

Pretty good changes. Should have hit Mundo and Ziggs too.
I dont care what the changes to towers are as long as I never have to face a 1on2 lane again. Just not fun.
