I have got my smurf to lvl 13 by playing a few games here or there and getting first win of the day but really just don't have the time to invest to get it to lvl 30. Don't mind paying just want to make sure it's a legit service and not a scam
I have a friend who is often perma banned (like 2-3 times) for offensive language and he buys 30lv unranked accounts and levels them to platinum where is his actual skill level. The funniest part is that he has to start from silver and he gets so angry with, I am citing: "With these fukin retards, I don't want them to be good and actually do something, I know people need time to learn to play, I just want them to be able to count to 5 and make simple deduction such 3 < 5 and even 4 < 5, you know things that you learn 1st grade". Anyway, the funny part is that until he reach platinum he is on the verge of perma ban again and cannot stay there for long time xD When I ask him why dont you buy directly platinum account, he states that he feels that he has to deserve his place with skill.
But answering your question: yes you can buy an account and its legit. Unlikely to lose your money for nothing

That is some harsh truths right there.
That and "I shouldnt walk so far into places with no vision" theres a reason people dont stumble around in the dark D:
Outer turrets no longer gain bonus armor and magic resist for the first eight minutes of the game. Top and middle lane outer turrets now have 20 damage reduction from champion basic attacks
I usually believe that Riot knows what they're doing, but this change is just horrifying. I cannot imagine a more inelegant solution.
Really one of the rare moments I call Riot's decision retarded. Which is funny because I just saw the reddit thread about their new Lead Game Designer who apparently fucked up WoW Pvp for 6 years. (never played wow)
In his defense, his team managed to balance WoW at the end of BC to a perfection that was never ever seen before and never after it. Deathknights screwed everything and there is no way to balance the game in pvp as long as this class is in the game.

I bought one fresh level 30. Its legit from what I've experienced. The annoying part is if you want to play you have to grind champs and runes unless you want to drop another $100ish anyways. if you dont mind playing then just grind.

You clearly didn''t play in Vanilla Honestly the biggest mistake Blizzard ever made, was making the game so freaking casual friendly, meaning that people who only invested 2-5 hours a day (/elitist) would still have access to SSC, TK and eventually also BT and Hyjal.

So what if everyone eventually gets content?
The best system imo for me was Ulduar. Optional cool mechanics to make bosses harder and get better loot. A few bosses locked out if you don't do the hardmodes. I didn't play in Vanilla, but too much nostalgia from people for that. Coordinating 40 people with shitty gear to just do simple rotations isn't very fun imo.
I didn't mind people getting to see the content, but that was the beginning of World of casualcraft. In Vanilla having full epic gear, meant that you really stood out, nowadays everyone is running around with epics in every slot, complaining about their item-level.
Ulduar was great, but i really hoped they would have taken it to another level making heroic hard-modes. That shit would be nuts.
edit: in the end, casuals got greedy and wanted everything that hardcore gamers had, and Blizzard blindly followed them, because they were the majority.
