I know right now you might be thinking that I'm crazy, but hear me out.
You already play Smite on PC. So if Smite is then released onto other platforms, it shouldn't affect you in a negative way at all. You have your preferred way to play Smite (On PC) and if you do have an Xbox One, you can also play it there as well. I'm assuming that you don't have an Xbox One, but what I'm saying here is that you have more options open to you. Nobody is forcing you to get it on the Xbox One, so I can't see it being released there being too much of an issue for you.
Another thing to consider is that Smite being released on the Xbox One is going to increase the accessibility to Smite. And for this reason, I would expect the Smite community to grow. And if the Smite community grew, I'd imagine that would translate to more profits for the company that created Smite, which in turn could mean that Smite ends up getting more content. I'd also wager that you'd think that getting more Smite content would be a good thing would it not?
Of course, even though I have stated why this could be a good thing, I can think of a couple of reasons why you might not be liking Smite being released onto Xbox One. For starters, if you like having a smaller Smite community, and if that is one of the draws for you, then of course you wouldn't want the community to grow. From what I know, this isn't the viewpoint that you hold, but I'm not you so I can't say with certainty. Another reason why you might not like this business decision is because you feel like the Smite team could be spending their resources on other avenues. You as an individual could have gotten more if they didn't spend their money trying to port this to Xbox One but rather if they spent the money trying to improve the game. However, I would think that they wouldn't port it to Xbox One if they felt like they couldn't make a profit off of it. However, this might not mean that they will make a profit off of it, but the potential certainly is there, and then they could use that money to make the game better.
Long story short, you can have your opinions, but I just think that these are some things to consider!
