When you have Zac top lane, there is no reason to put him jungle instead for "draft reasons" as half the draft is allready won by having zac toplane. | ||

I think Riot is more concerned with the divisions in terms of number of people playing than it is concerned with differences in skill level between divisions. In terms of handing out rewards like this. When you're doing these sorts of rewards you want everybody to be getting something. Even the Bronze league people get a border. Also, there's nothing showing that the borders for the individual tiers won't be slightly different. | ||

If you're looking in terms of skill aquisition, going from silver to plat is easier than d5 to d1. But in terms of the amount of skill you need to gain, silver to plat is larger than D5 to D1. Also sad as it may be, gold is out of reach of a large number of players. While a lot of people I know got their rewards for like ranked 5's gold or 3's gold, soloq gold is pretty much out of the question for a lot of them. | ||
