Clamping at that tier means you are not close enough to the Diamond threshold, thus the system is slowing down your LP gains until you hit the required MMR.

Even if you crush your lane and are miles ahead you still can't just blindly push a tier 2 solo if your team arn't exerting significant map pressure elsewhere. My general decision making is (this assumes you have won your lane and taken T1 tower early)... Is my team grouped and pushing somewhere and have a team comp with sufficient disengage to not just die? > Ok I can split push, ward deep and steal their jungle. I either get T2 or my team gets mid / drake. Is my team still in the laning phase and the game is somewhat even elsewhere on the map? > Deep ward, push waves hard to T2 turret with op hydra wave clear then go kill mid tower / drake / their mid laner while their top has to clear the massive wave My team is miles behind and they are grouped? > Harder spot, I generally will just split to try and relieve pressure here and force a reaction to buy my team some time. Again it depends on how good their siege is and how strong your teams wave clear under turret is. So you're saying that instead of trying to splitpush, you should group up and take the teamfight you have a 90% chance of losing?

Those seem pretty important as Rammus and block doesn't seem all that useful when you have such huge amounts of armor already. The guide is too specific at points and does not say what items are good in a polished format. Also you should consider using Rammus' slow instead of just taunting after. And also using your Q to catch someone after they burn their flash instead of leading with it, or using its knockback as well. Just some next lvl Rammus plays.

I dont really know where you got that from. It is a fruitless endeavour trying to splitpush if they can just 5v4 dive and crush your team while you are rofling around on your own though, your only option then is to stall 5v5 and hope they throw diving 5v5. In summary I am basically you should only split push in the secnario where you are strong enough to 1v1 anyone on their team if they try to stop you AND your team can stall 4v5 without just being dived losing the game while you push. You also need to be deep warding their jungle so you both you and your team can react if they respond to you in numbers (by retrating yourself, while your team take objectives with their numbers advantage elsewhere on the map).

"Cassiopeia will benefit from the cooldown reduction on Twin Fang even if the poison on her target was not from her own abilities, specifically Teemo's Toxic Shot and Noxious Trap, Singed's Poison Trail, and Twitch's Deadly Venom." Teemo or Twitch with Cass support sounds like something to try at the next T.R.O.L.L.S.

E spam plus expunge there is no way that mid survives. well, that doesn't bring much CC, so they'd have to have burned flash or be pretty far forward might still be enough damage to straight up force them back

I don't know where you could fit that into your guide, but I think it's something every Rammus player (and Hecarim player) needs to be aware of.

Editor's Note - Aug 15: Regretfully, there's been an unexpected delay in issuing tickets for the World Championship and sales will not begin at 12PM PDT today as previously announced. We're working diligently to resolve the problem and will provide an update when we've confirmed a new sale date and time. noooo after all the furious texting with friends to figure out how many tickets to buy
