I hope one is on and nearby in your guild and they want to help otherwise you run your ass back to Org (no flying mounts remember), ask around, wait, find one, run all the way back, and hope no one else in your party got bored and left. LFG dumbed down a lot of things, but I still thank fuck for it. Thats why it was always good to have a Warlock :D

After TBC all of the fights just seemed easier and less rewarding, even Arthas... I'd go so far as to call normal Botanica harder than some of the entire newer raids.

Then you have sunwell where even Kalecgos, the first boss, was extremely difficult. Why was Archimonde so unmemorable as a final raid boss? Because he was significantly easier than any of the others. I still feel like Ulduar was the best crafted Raid they have ever made. It might not have been the hardest overall but it had such character and choice not to mention the tie in with the zone was really cool. Yogg+1(Or was it +0) was awesome and so was the firefighter boss

I like how they followed up Ulduar with... Trial of the Crusader which was literally just a room with bosses. That was the point where they just kind of phoned it in for a while.

At the end of Wotlk, Paragon (first guild to achieve fully cleared content being the first to kill LK 25-man heroic with the 5% buff) rated all the bosses like this. 1. LK 25-man heroic with 5% buff (was buffed to 10% buff the week after they did it) 2. 4 horsemen in Vanilla Naxx 3. Alone in the darkness (Yogg+0)
