Dafuq indeed. So if you catch axes all game you can get like 100g bonus for killing a champ or what. This is so utterly confusing and smells of bs. But hey, it's Riot and Draven did need something to change his lane dominance imo. So they take away Kat's passive for bonus gold on killing champs and put it onto Draven instead. | ||

Its genius. Puts more incentive to be aggressive in lane while weakening dravens aggression in lane. Gotta wait for numbers before passing judgement but I like the idea. | ||

My opinion is basically that Riot made one really nice change in this patch (the Oracle's being solely time-based and not disappearing on death, a potential 700 gold swing was waaay too big and risky), and then decided to balance it by doing this to Draven, which is incredibly derpy. While it goes with his lore about being a showman, it just doesn't really tie in to the rest of his kit, ya know? Just off the top of my head, why not something like for every 6/5/4/3 spinning axes Draven catches, his next one is super stylish and does bonus damage or something? I think his passive as it was/is was/is a little strong, and I hated that sort of DOT anyways, but seriously, bonus gold is lame AF. So, random question: How do discount packs of wards sound? Given Oracle's is being buffed, maybe it could act as a slight buff to the other side of the scale. | ||
