I'm not even gonna entertain the idea of him becoming an LCS player as I can't see it happening but maybe he could become a popular streaming guy.

Idra won't get shit from me if he becomes a full time League player. People's opinions on shit can change.

He also though that the teamplay part of the game was interesting, since he had never played a team game before, and mentioned that while mechanically easy (compared to bw/sc2), since you're playing against other players, you will never play perfectly. He said he'd consider playing it with fans on his stream, if that was what his fans wanted. Problem is most of his fans are Sc2 fans. Some might play LoL though. I feel like we're at the same point BW was when SC2 came out and people were saying how the BW pros should switch over asap and others were defending that BW was still making them money and there was no reason to take the risk. But instead they came late to the party and lost out on a great opportunity. Similarly, there are some great players in SC, a game less popular than LoL. Idra was very mechanically sound. I'm sure he could pull an Alex Ich and have like 400 farm in 35 minutes.

After EG picked up CLG.eu he said on some SC2 show (I think the one with djWheat, idk, I don't pay much attention to SC2) that he had played several games of League and thought it was a fun game but didn't feel like he owed an apology for previous comments on League because they were true (this is me recalling what he said though, I think he also claimed that the only negative thing he said about league was that it was an easier game). Geoff also said, I believe in that same interview thing, that he liked Riot's approach a lot more than Blizzard and thought they were a much better company for eSports. So there's that. Gotta re-iterate again that this is just straight from memory from an interview I watched months ago so I may be a bit off on what exactly he said but that was the general jist of it.

Haha no I'm aware of the comments and stuff but I'm saying I have yet to SEE him play league. The difference here being SEE, especially if his (IdrA's) fans who were so sad to see him get released recently SEE him playing LoL. I just think it's a little different than them commenting one way or another, that's all.

His SC2 fans would follow him and even people who dislike League and Idra will watch to just see him in a team aspect game, wanting to see him lose his shit over teammates doing badly. He would also gain a ton of new League fans who just want to see a popular SC2 guy rage a lot on teammates and say shit like he hopes his support gets cancer.

I would imagine, with his unique personality he would score 3-5K viewers in no time playing league.

You also have to consider the people who would actually watch him play it so they can spam in chat all the time about how easy the game is. I think that would actually be a considerable amount of his audience in the early going.
