Everyone maxed WC>PAC>Gate, when thinking back, getting that time off Gate CD is definitely stronger than PAC ranks, and probably stronger than even Wild Card ranks (blue buff TF with rank 5 Gate would have Gate up every creep wave). | ||

Her passive is made to reduce the Mantra cd, and according to the AMA you trigger it for everytime an opponent (at least, maybe an ally too) is hit by one of your abilities. So with max CDR, you have a 27s cd Mantra that can be reduced by 2s for every enemy hit by your enhanced Q... then once again by every one hit by the trailing explosion. So -4 x 6 for every minion wave you'd manage to hit entirely, and boom you get a Mantra every wave. The Zac release skin is either incomplete or just a recolor with a different recall animation... well, I guess there's only so much you can do with a blob. :/ | ||
