Warmogs was never ridiculous and BC was only ridic during "preseason". Riot is gonna have to play LCS games on a BORK patch soon. They want people to know the appropriate power level of the item.

Eh it's just how it's setup in general. It's generally not on the games end when people dc and it's not dynamic so it doesn't come out and say "we exploded sorreh" In general leagues pretty freakin stable. Least on NA..

So, when servers went down, my entire ranked 5's team got d/c, no one from theirs did, so they proceded to just win the game, and it shows as a leave on our history. gg riot.

A leave in history and -lp in my rankings, that really has to be cleaned up.

Is it me, or is the Client/ Server getting worse and worse each patch? More downtime, more glitches and stuff they have to fix and take down shop/ranked/etc., harder to load pages, etc.

I've been playing fiddle lately in jungle. I have a 75% win rate over about recent 60 games. This is at middle/low gold,
I've been going Doran first then going back at around 6:30 just shy of level 6. Then I go back buy codex/boots then rush back to blue to hit 6 then I try to gank mid or Bot asap. There is a window where your ult will come back because of the 30% cdr so you can gank with ult twice with the same blue buff. This means getting yourself a quick kill/assist easily because of the 2 ults with a flash is almost certain.
I almost always go all in Bot with flash if my support Bot has cc. The 1.5 second fear and a slow/stun makes it super easy to kill something especially if you can silence when they try to flash. It seems like Bot lanes snowball harder than top or mid because they can zone and warding stops jungle pressure.
Then I can afford a seekers armbrace easily with a bit of farm and no kills. Or possibly a large rod if I get kills or assist and a clear or two. Then I just rush Zhonya then dcap then chalice or a Mpen item if I get all blues.
In later fights I usually just dive the adc using flash/ult and fearing the, for 3 seconds then popping zhonya . Fearing someone and then draining some one makes you very very tanky especially if you got chalice for a tad of Mr and zhonya for armor so you can stay up for a few more crucial seconds before Zhonya.
You have quite good 1v1 if you find someone or a fight breaks up into small battles too with your big life steal and imba cc.
Just thought I would share something that was working for me

Just thought I would share something that was working for me I always prefered the boots 2 rush on fiddle. Ulting and them just being out of range and walking away, or anything involving them just walking away. I prefer a tankier fiddle rylias rush. Even if they kill you they're eating a 30% slow from e, w, and q, and if you catch anyone with ult you they get to stay there. Fiddles cooldowns are really powerful, and I like the tanky route rather then the cdr route. It also lets you hold your ult and brawl, instead of having to dump it at the start of the fight, or burn flash to get away and ult right back in. I like tanky anything though.
