"Laning" items for a support are things in the 500-1k range. Obviously you will get the Guise faster if your lane gets a kill or an objective--but by and large you should be able to leverage an advantage with a kill lead regardless, irrespective of whether you buy Guise. | ||

As for riot tracking accounts, I've heard them say that if they permaban you and they link your new account to your old one (via IP, friends, etc), they put your new account on the "fast track" to getting perma'd again (so it normally takes ~8 bans to get a perma, the "fast track" means it takes ~3) | ||

Malphite jungle sucks at ganking pre-6, is very ult dependent post 6, and is pretty slow. All of this is offset by the fact that good malphite ults are one of the best engages in the game and malphite can single handedly win teamfights by ulting well. | ||
