It's a fringe case, I wouldn't say it screws him, just makes the toggle less effective for his spells. Still get's the stronger autoattacks. Not like Muramana is required to make him viable. But I understand your point. Maybe just some number tweaks is all is needs. | ||

Unfortunately she doesn't scale directly with AD or mana otherwise, making this almost exclusively a Ryze item who can also benefit the other aspects of this item. | ||

honestly people are overreacting, the problem 100% is tear stacking which I guarantee is unintended and nerfing it will ONLY nerf Ryze aka it's a fix | ||

Srsly rush tears and muramune. That single item will make your autos do ~400dmg and your Q and W gain an extra ~200 magic dmg jsut from the items special ability. | ||
