Ya, it was incredibly boring to watch too. Much better to watch TSM vs Blaze where they had a real go and were aggressive then CLG go and do nothing for 30 mins into die. I know being aggressive isn't their style, but they didn't seem to have any sort of plan.

At least TSM tried to copy Blaze and were able to win a few clutch teamfights. CLG just kinda...was there.

Honestly, I think the NA proscene needs to come up with their own new strat/playstyle to try to counter the Koreans. Just copying what other regions do will keep them one step behind.

I wish the game ended faster for a team that is obviously ahead. It does get quite dull seeing teams drag games out for so long.

CLG.eu vs Najin sword and Azubu Frost vs Blaze i think?
It ignores such insignificant forces as time, entropy, and death

Instead of just TSM fanboying it, you should realize that CLG just played against Frost, not Blaze.

Train had delay, sitting in it for like 6 hours before finally moving again. German Railways ftw... NOT!

However, I completely missed my favourite team playing in the quarterfinals, but from the comments I can tell that they lost.

Since the VODs are pay2view on the main site I have to wait until same brave soul uploads them on youtube just like someone did for the Ro16.

So all in all, CLG played too passive and just got outplayed it seems. Still have some questions and since TL is my main source for OGN, I post them here. Maybe someone can answer shortly? Would be very appreciated.

1. Do you guys have the impression that the picks made sense? Sometimes CLG.na seems to pick champs only based on how comfortablethey are with them and they managed to lose several important games this way in the past.

2. How did jiji do? And what about bot lane?

3. Did they get 2-0'd or did they win at least one of the three games? If the latter, how differed that game from the two lost ones?

Thanks in advance.

Don't worry
M5 will do a quick job vs korean teams

M5's mechanics on the same level but adaptivity and strategic thinking are way better
and agressiviness of korean teams is another factor which will work for M5

Picks were pretty standard. The Olaf top in game 2 was a reaction to Jax I feel and he also worked by himself, but was just useless in team fights. They lost 2-0 and it really wasn't even close. They got outplayed teamfight after teamfight.
My modesty is awesome.

?? I know CLG played Frost, didn't mean to imply that they didn't. Don't know the point of your post anyway...

Is it just me or does the skill level difference between blaze and frost really show?,

No its not you, frost is generally considered the B team of Azubu.

For example, blaze does not scrim CLG.eu but send frost to play against them. That way they find out CLG's tactics without giving up their own. Apparently frost revealing tactics is not seen as equally important, blaze are the one that are supposed to win this.

Blaze does the same thing for Frost when they have a tournament match coming up. Please stop parroting crap you hear from other people. Frost is currently considered the B-team, but that was not always the case nor is it guaranteed to stay that way. The B doesn't stand for bitches so stop inferring that they're there as a support team. Frost is also in it to win.

watching game 1, all I can say is yea hotshot sucks but taxing your jungler that hard when he's the only front line on the team is absolutely retarded.

well that was fast revisionist history people saying TSM put up a fight against Blaze.

OGN premium service sick yet again, log into watch todays games, picture of the semi final match ups on the front page, I mean I expected this outcome but wtf.

I don't even know what to say about hotshot, like the only word that comes to mind for his maokai game is irrelevant.
