Luckily I only care how NA teams and lilballz's team do so I haven't missed anything yet. You have to take into account that there isn't really a "TeamLiquid" for League of Legends.....it's mostly through Reddit.
God, I WISH there was a site like TeamLiquid for LoL.

we just gotta love our small community we got her, quality wise it's def the best I've found, admittedly huge TL bias ^^

You can watch the English stream in 360p for free. Otherwise you need to purchase either a one-day pass(3 USD) or a season pass (18 USD) to watch higher quality stream or to have access to VODs.

how to know when stream is up?

Are there brackets? Where can I find it? So... is Locodoco still around?

Loco is part of StarTale which means he's playing next week.

Group B is this week, C next week, D the week after that.

I'm terrible at time zones. What time is 20:30 Korean time in US East? Edit: I'm getting 7:30? Since it's 8:30 there and afaik korea is -11? Or is it -13?

Should be 7:30. Just take a look at the TL time at the top right of the page.

so would you guys be interested if I upload them vods somewhere? Actually is that legal anymore. It's been awhile since I've shared VODs so I dunno what's legal now days. I know most of the english casted vods are off-limits but since these VODs are Korean casted and those vods are okay to upload (like the BW vods) it should be okay right?

I would definitely be interested, not sure how legal it would be though.
I wake up only for certain games now (like WE vs Najin from last group) but I would like to be able to watch more KR games without having to be up at 4 AM. ;_;

maybe I'll do select uploads. Like some of these JGR (or w/e their name is) from Group A are pretty one sided and boring (although they have some unique lineups) but then that Najin Shield vs Azubu Blaze game was really good and fun to watch. I haven't watched blazed vs WE yet.
The other thing is these vods are pretty large. They avg 600MB per game... and it's not like they're 1080p quality or anything, more like 480p

Same here. I watched WE vs Shield because it was first up last week. But then I didn't wake up for WE vs Blaze either and Blaze won. QQ.

Blaze v WE is a good match... I don't know how to describe it w/o being a complete spoiler, but it has elements that make a good match from a viewer perspective.
Also banning Xin vs chinese team pretty good lulz

I'd be eternally grateful to you if you could upload WE vs Azubu from last week (only game i missed >.<)

Nanashin has streamed and recorded the games in Korean. He hasn't named the VODs though and has a lot of random OGN shows in there too so you have to look through them to find your desired games. I'm too lazy and not really interested in it ;-) http://www.ustream.tv/channel/dem-bands
Azubu vs WE is this one: http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/23800643
€: his chanel is a great source to watch the games live in Korean too. Nal_rA > all
