Riot hasn't shown that they've ever implemented some sort of hardware banning, so hiding your IP should be safe. Hell, I'm on a major university's network so an IP ban wouldn't even be viable if Riot were to ever choose to do something like that! And it's hard to argue that messing around in customs where everyone knows what's going on is harmful or immoral or a dick move in any way :3 | ||

What buffs in this game actually do stack like that? You can't double stack an udyr turtle shield. And a flash smiter can easily get level 4 at minute 1 and kill you constantly to stop your surge push. Unless you mean promote, smite counters that too. Flash promote would be hilarious though. | ||

QSS can save you from one fear/silence bounce but he'll have blue so they'll both be such short CDs that the next time you get hit he'll kill you while all healers are silenced/the carry is feared. Galio Ult is another good one to stop the mass flashing. | ||

The default behavior of most buffs is that they don't stack with themselves unless it's explicitly stated that they do. Also, realistically Sion carry would win if it can stall to the point where Atma's + Enrage stacks 1-shots towers/inhibs/nexus. Every other carry caps out at the point of 6 items, but Sion can keep going. | ||

the guy with smite/flash can jump around farming all he wants while you're instantly clearing creep waves and knocking down towers. it doesn't matter that he can flash in and hit you without you being able to hit him back because the game will be over before he gets enough gear to 1 shot you. | ||
