Mid game and beyond you're looking mostly at team fights and objectives, at least in higher Elos. At that point Mundo and Shyvana are bringing very different skills/playstyles to the table, and I don't think one is clear cut better than the other.

This is the same Saintvicious that said M5 is overrated and that their counterjungling style is easy to beat.
Granted, M5 didn't really do much counterjungling against CLG at IEM, but CLG also banned out Shyvana and Lee Sin.
I will say I personally prefer Mundo over Shyvana, but I don't feel Shyvana should be discounted, considering how dominant M5 is with her.
Perhaps some really high level player on here can explain how M5 can be so dominant with her yet other teams seem to be unable to use her to the same potential (beyond the obvious fact that M5 as a team is just above everyone else right now).

Unfortunately, it's not only Easter weekend, but I'll be in Philadelphia for a gymnastics meet QQ. I have yet to go to PAX.
