Do you mean tanky characters with AP ratios and/or magic damage abilities or AP characters who build two or more of Rylais/Abyssal/Zhonyas/WotA on a regular basis? For the former, Singed, Sejuani, Maokai, and Amumu come to mind. For the latter, Kennen, Vladimir, Rumble, Swain, and sometimes Cassiopeia. | ||
