You have to be a tiny bit careful at level 2 and 6 but it is generally the easiest way to counter imo. | ||

QEQ or QEE boots+3 with flat MR page, flash ignite. Best to kill him while his cooldowns are still long. Haven't played since the new hexdrinker came out though, although I'd imagine it's a pretty standard item for that matchup. | ||

It's probably because they cut the price on him. He hasn't even gotten any tweaks yet. I doubt you're seeing much more Swain in ranked, people who just bought him cause of the price decrease are probably just trying him out in normals. | ||
