I think the need to have one at a reasonable point in the game is more important than whether the item "fits" the hero, at least the way it looks now.
I'd rather have a solo top who doesn't like Locket that much finish it at 15-20 mins than have a support not finish it until 35 minutes, unless the item turns out to have a really awkward cost.

This, so much this, duo'ing with my friend in S2 and we were hanging around 1350 slowly climbing out of the derps, i went off for one week and came back and he was 1720, he played nothing but AP Sion and had a 93% winrate. Now If only I didn't fail so hard with him -.-

hopefully not, thats what makes her unique. they need to hit her damage since she does just as much damage in lane as other carries and has the utility for teamfights. She needs to have a slightly weaker lane phase like vayne.

I actually miss Sivir's old W to be honest. That made her really unique and one of the strongest pushers in the game. I dunno if they gave her back her old W if she'd become OP or if it'd balance her since she'd no longer have an animation reset. I just know that I miss her old W.

Im fine with Sivir getting movespeed and aspeed and just general utility. I am NOT fine with her giving her entire team ghost. Her ult is just way to strong atm.

Ehh.. Her early lane phase is outdone by most sona lanes (cait and graves come to mind). Her Q really doesn't hit that hard at ranks 1 and 2, but around 6-9 I agree she's pretty ridiculous given equal farm. In my experience at least, you can solve this problem by shoving the wave hard (as graves or cait), harassing her as she struggles to last hit, and developing a CS lead that way.

You know how they should nerf Sivir? They should change her Q back to magic damage and remove the AD scaling.
I don't know why they needed to buff the crap out of her Q in lane if they were going to buff her range so she could be better as a real AD carry.
Also remove Graves from the game since he shouldn't have been designed.
