Why some of you are still arguing over GP10 for so long is literally beyond me. Shitty logic should be grounds for a warning imoimo...
1. Philo, this item is pretty much justified. Good stats, builds into Shurelya's, GP10 is a bonus
2a. HoG, TheYango said it the best. If you can somehow get this earlier than 15 minutes into the game, it will pay for itself. This is a decent (not necessary) buy.
2b. If 20 minutes into the game, all you have is Philo and Boots and you base with 1K gold, Kindlegem is the obvious choice. As a support, you definitely need more HP so you don't become insta-gib material by the time everyone is level 12+. Health Crystal is an obvious choice. Options then are HoG, Kindlegem, Aegis. 20+ into game, HoG ship has sailed. Pick one of the other two choices instead.
3. GP10 are good for support roles, period. You see them on junglers sometimes because they also do not have access to a consistent source of CS (between roaming and ganking, etc). If somehow you are trying to argue that GP10 are flat out bad for supports, I suggest you reassess your role in giving input on this forum.

honestly, really general things like this don't really have a high qualification bar. It's pretty easy to identify what you're going to be trying to do during a game as an AD carry, for example. I would encourage you to write something and submit it to neo and see what he thinks.

Viktor is considered underpowered? As every time I play with him everyone in my team calls me a noob and says it's a terrible pick and that they will report me O_O It's almost like when I pick Jax! That's really good, I hope they will buff him in the next patch!
Either way he has some annoying bugs still: Now augment costs 1000 gold but you can only buy it when you have 1200 gold... Really annoying. E still sometimes shoots the opposite direction from where you aim, and also E sometimes still misses even if it is a direct hit.
Even with that, he seems really strong, but I'm kind of at a loss right now... I've been doing Augment:Death and it feels really good as I always spam E the most because it's the safest nuke and best poke, and after the hotfix the augment actually deals considerable bonus damage. It feels really nice, and also with the AP it increases the damage of your other spells as well.
However, like this W is only useful as a defensive move. You can't use it to chase someone at all, pretty much. The damage loss is pretty significant going from Augment Death to Augment Gravity, I wonder if it's worth it...

You have to realize that 90% of the volunteers on the SC side of things at TeamLiquid aren't fabulous players. Majority of the admin/mod staff are like C rank on iCCup at best. So it's not so much that you need personal skill as it means more to have a critical, analytical mind.
Understanding the game means a lot more in terms of article writing than whether or not if you can execute it in a game. Granted, if you are a pro, your opinions mean more but I digress.
I have to update the Pro Scene thread today/tomorrow. After that, I'll do a call out for people willing to write general guides about the 5-6 roles for LoL.

I'm starting to feel like, if you know you can't cs for shit, your only choice is to jungle. Seems to be true for these high elo super stars as well, watching dem junglers have to lane and cs is just as horrible as when I have to do it.
well i guess there's support as well, but I like to have more active impact in the game if you know what I mean.

I don't. Supports do have an impact in the game, there just are no numbers that you can brag about when supporting

On a more serious note, what we need for stuff like this are people who are pretty much like:
-"Oh, sounds cool, I can help with that."
-Not going to be all mad and hurt if someone like Smash, Loco or Yango charges at a certain point and says "This is bad cause xyz, can you correct that please?"
-On the ball with updating when stuff changes.
Which, imo, applies to like all the regulars and most of our part-time lurkers.
And honestly, it's keeping stuff like this up to date that's the real pain in the ass and where quality starts to drop. I kinda trust most people frequenting this section for half a year+ being able to tell random lvl 25 to 1400 elo player what to do/don't when playing an AD or AP carry. For junglers it usually gets more tricky and for supports I expect a full blown-out war in the trenches. =D

Very dated, but yeah. As was pointed out it's not like these roles are super difficult to explain the general gist of them or what items to get/when to get said items.

I've only seen him lane a few times but saintvicious actually lanes and CS's pretty damn well. Can't speak for other junglers though.

Just watching oddone top lane few mins ago and he got pooped on. Atlanta said yesterday on stream he is the jungler coz he can't cs for shit :D
i love playing dem mages, but i just can't for the life of me cs with those ad values while harassing/being harassed and in threat of a gank.
