I had one game not long ago as Olaf vs Riven top, where Riven double killed us top because of a really bad level 2 tower dive by the jungler. After that the lane was basically done and my tower went down, but if I pushed up to her tower and she showed up, she could chase me down and kill me before I could get back to my second tower. Grab some wards then.

I've always had trouble with finding a place to ward at top lane after the death of first tower. Say I'm on the team on the bottom left side (blue?), and I wanna ward for top lane. Where do I ward? I feel like if I ward at our blue tribush they can stil gank me, and if I ward river they can take jungle route. Does this mean I will need 2 wards?

For the left side you can ward the blue entrance at baron. The other entrance (their wraiths / left of mid brush) should be covered by a different ward. Or you ward their tribrush and their wraiths, same result.

Ok so my cousin and I were playing a game of lol the other day and we got crushed. It's not that we played bad it was just that we played against some players that were more skilled than us. After the game my cousin asked me what the subtitles of being extremely good like that are. I have no idea, what does separate the good players from guys like me. I know obviously minion farming is important but aside from that do they just have better game sense? What is it that separates the best from the rest?

Maybe Riot snuck some code having to do with the upcoming drop-in spectating in the last patch and it's fucking with things...? Or the upcoming patch stuff? Or it could just be Riot servers being Riot servers....

You can put a million hours into a game, but if you never want or try to improve, you never will.

Edit @jcarlsoniv wow that sounds brutal D:

I have no idea, what does separate the good players from guys like me. I know obviously minion farming is important but aside from that do they just have better game sense? What is it that separates the best from the rest? to name a few: Positioning (where you need to be in lane to avoid ganks, where you need to be in a fight to avoid dying) Map awareness/control (ward locations, buff/dragon, needing to be near baron lategame, when to split, when to group) Matchup knowledge (including teamfights, like if you can poke or not) Item knowledge (what to open in lane, what to build if behind, what to build if ahead) Teamfight knowledge (focus targets, initiate, how to counter) Picks/Counterpicks How to farm (not just last hitting, but where to be to soak up waves) Some technical skills (landing combos, walljumping, dodging skillshots) EDIT:: I think this is why everyone thinks they're so godlike and everyone else is shit. Most people have something they're bad at, even at higher elos, and so everyone picks up on that and thinks 'oh I'm better than them' even if the other person is playing better overall.

Riot doesn't give dates anymore, because they don't want to disappoint us by giving us false dates anymore. If they don't commit to finishing anything we can't be disappointed right? Zzz is riot secretly owned by blizzard?

He hit his Q. He runs around waiting for Brand Q to come out, Brand holds it back just to Q him when he doesn't expect it. I'm not exactly sure how stunning during Q flight works, but it still feels like he misplayed the situation before flashing to avoid Brands Q. :S I feel like he flashed BEFORE Brands Q... Idk, maybe played a lot of FPS games and have amazing reaction, I just keep seeing it as if he flashed before it lol. Gamble, perhaps?

He flashes before the projectile appears but you can see brand has already started the cast from the windup animation.
