so, assuming: mpen red armor yellow flat cdr blue vamp quints one summoner will be ignite, other im not sure, prolly flash or ghost but maybe heal the issue is I'm not sure wat masteries to use. I want the 9 in off for imp ignite, cdr, and mpen, however ignite doesn't efect cooldown and the cdr is non-essential asuuming I'm getting the cdr in deep def or deep util instead. Armor yellow are assuming morde will be top, so I also would like the armor and mr in def. The hp regen is like meditation for morde and Vet scars is op. with that many points comfortably invested in def already i dont see why i couldn't get the move and cdr masteries and just finish off the tree. Otoh I'd like to, of course, get the vamp in util. Imp summoner spell cooldown is also super strong on morde for more ignite/ult combos, however util tree is lackluster early for morde and once you are so deep into util to get vamp it feels like a waste to not finish the tree, but the high tier util is even worse than low tier. Not to mention one of the best laning phases midgame and endgames of all the bruisers. This champion is absurd. She's got mobility, base damage, scaling, shielding, cc, damage, aoe, like really needs to be toned down a bit. And it's not like she's even hard to play. It's like playing any other bruiser except you feel like you have tools for every situation instead of having to put yourself into situations that favour you. I feel like CDR has been underappreciated on riven considering how ridiculous max CDR udyr can be. | ||

Her base damage isn't high, her passive is what gives her attacks umph. It's why Triforce isn't good on her. A big problem with getting CDR on her is that outside of boots only brutalizer is the only decent choice for her. | ||
