I worded that like crap. I mean like when people say to use mana regen runes on certain champs in lieu of buying a mana item. Because u dont want to buy the mana item u get some from ur runes/masteries so u can do a normal build at good timings. I think cdr on Riven is the same situation. | ||

I don't play Riven, but would 15/15/0 work if you wanted CDR? It gives you 12.1% CDR @ lvl 18, and you're not really wasting points into anything worthless getting there either. Pop a blue pot late game, and that's a real good chunk of CDR. | ||

this is prob more related to arranged play tho in terms of itemization though, the only item that wouldn't feel like it would delay your real damage too much is brutalizer. | ||

Or you can start mini gols. If you don't want to gank level 2 and just want to farm I'm pretty sure you can easily cloth 5 or vamp scepter and start blue -> minis and B before red | ||
