It's 19 in Canada, and 21 as far as I know (unless you're in the military).
It's 19 in most provinces of Canada, but in some it's 18.

regi def didn't play/pick as well as he could've but in all honesty, rainman has been playing by far the worse on the team in these two games. 2/8/2 vlad that ended the game by getting caught and then 0/3 gp in lane against kennen. him getting drunk/high doesn't help. that's just stupid thing to do.
So it's alright that Regi played bad since rainman played worse? I just don't understand how anybody can think this.

The key to the 21 rule is that you have to be 21 to purchase the alcohol, and pretty much everyone drinks underage in America. There are no special rules in the military or anything that allow you to drink underage although few people care as long as you don't get caught. I'm not sure that it's actually illegal to drink "underage" in your home anyways, at least there's no way you could actually get arrested for it seeing as the police can't just walk into your home and test you...

Yeah legal drinking age in America is 21, but who actually listens to laws nowadays? Certainly not some 19 year old kid who thinks he's all grown up. Or some 15 year old who thinks drinking is cool. =)
Regi obviously picked poorly. But rainman was the one who was like "LOL lets get caught 3 times." Both were big factors.

regi played and picked pretty bad, but rainman did play worse by a considerable margin. the whole of tsm didn't play all that well 'cept maybe chaox.
