I don't know why people complain about Flash when Exhaust exists. At least Flash isn't just a binary "get out of jail free" card and can be used to make otherwise impossible plays.
Exhaust functions as a "no I'm gonna kill you anyways l.o.l." or a "yeah, you're stronger than me and would own me in a 1v1 but now i beat u lololol."
Exhaust is way more broken than Flash imoimo.

^^ Vayne is not at all easy to play. All the top tournament picked AD carries seem to be 6300 IP. Ez should come down in price soon (as he's still at 6300 and been out forever). The list of non-6300 AD carries that I play is rather small.
E: My go to AD bots are either Graves or Teemo at the moment. I really want to get Cait/Ez/Kog.

These things that check for walls have always used anything with collision, it even works with towers iirc. The bug is the knocking through the said player-made walls. I mean, how many times have we seen Ali punt randomly save people when it should've guaranteed a kill.

- Jarvan IV's Cataclysm does not count as terrain for Condemn's conditional stun.
- Cataclysm ring doesn't count as impenetrable terrain, so it won't proc Heroic Charge's or Condemn's conditional stuns.
Only walls, turrets (or turret rubble), and inhibitors. I think the Nexus too.
Agreed. Honestly, I even hate using Exhaust myself. It's a cheesy 1v1 or focus fire ability. I think the only "good" summoners are the utility ones like Smite, Teleport, Revive, Clarity, and maybe Ghost. Flash is dumb. Ignite and Exhaust are bullshit. CV is probably fine, but it still annoys the piss out of me.

My understanding is that, if you're right next to your wall and she shoots you, you fly through it, but if you're a little ways away, she shoots you, doesn't give you enough momentum to go through the wall and then it's like, lol u hit a wall, gg. But again, the point is that exhaust is bullshit.
EDIT: CV is not fine, needs higher CD, the masteries for it are way too fucking good. Ignite's fine, exhaust is bullshit, flash is a pretty cool guy, ghost needs to be rebuffed to being good enough to semi-compete with Flash and Exhaust, the rally mastery needs to be a lot lower in the offensive tree, smite's fine.

I only play champs that have cool looking Loading Screen Art and in-game models, or have skins that are like that. No matter win or lose, you have to look cool doing so.
And looking cool is half the battle.
