Is he beat able? Yes, but his early game because of this mobility is just freaking Bonkers. Gunblade is also really strong. It's too efficient for its own good. Needs to cast at least 300-400 more to combine. | ||

Revolver is only a problem on energy champs because you turn nothing into something, whereas everyone with a meaningful spell cost (aka mana) gets health at the cost of doing something later (because of running out of mana). Gunblade is broken on pretty much everyone who uses it. You just get far too much healing too fast, not to mention the high range 4 second slow. | ||

Jax with gunblade + 1-2 other damage items (doesn't really matter what he buys) can solo baron because of the insane sustain that gunblade gives. Perhaps a slight decrease in cost effectiveness of the spell vamp would be sufficient? | ||

Honestly I would just leave her as she is. If they were to nerf her however, I would tweak her passive so it's not possible to get the bonuses with just runes. | ||

Try xin zhao, he is pretty easy. I was pretty terrible until I tried him during his rotation. | ||

Of the 1350s, Cho Gath, Garen, Nasus and somewhat Singed and Morgana Try Annie, she's 450 and pretty straightforward with point and click killing moves. Ranged carries take quite a bit of mechanics(farming, microing in between attacks, and just general positioning) to kill champs that are just straightforward run in, execute combo, and kill types. Cho, Garen, Nasus, and Singed are usually pretty tanky so they can take a beating and dish it out at the same time by just pressing qwer | ||
