Just leave the ring on normal and I can do the full combo in like half a second of mashing. Just finished a game where I was literally initiating teamfights by OHK their Karthus with ult....great stuff if your team doesn't suck terribly and have basic teamifighting skills veigar is so goddamn strong and almost broken vs AP char. Also actually learning how to use zhonyas hourglass has improved my game like 4x. That stun ring's range is just lol...nobody respects it Smart casting on Veigar is helpful, but if you are quick enough you can do it just as well without. I personally don't use smart casting except for maybe Cassiopeia's E, IMO it removes the only part of the game where you have to be quick with your keyboard/mouse. Also, Zhonya's is a core item for me when i play Veigar. ![]() I get it right after Rabadons and Void Staff/A Survivability item. SInce Veigar will instant die when getting charged by a enemy anti-carry unless his E is off-cooldown the active from the Hourglass is invaluable.

I'm new to LoL (just started playing this month, lvl 13) and after reading this whole thread and 140 pages of the last GD, have a couple questions: 1) what's the backstory on huehuehue? I mean I get how it's used, just don't get the joke. 2) wtf is up with all the Brazilian references? Another in joke I need explained. 3) I primarily have leveled in co-op vs AI so far. In the 3 normals I've played, my team has crushed it. For around my level (13) am I better off doing normals (more enemy variety, may actually jungle, go for dragon/baron, etc) or AI (lesser chance of retard feeding my team, better team fights)?

A good way to get better fast is to get a group of four TLers somewhat above your skill level (just dangle around in LiquidParty until someone goes "+2 normals huehue" or something) and make sure they're ok with someone your skill level. You are likely to not do so well, but playing in a duo lane with a better player teaches you fast. huehuehue is the "traditional" Brazilian laugh. Most of the Brazil jokes are because of http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=316408

I love how RIot keeps making huge nerfs to characters that aren't even as OP as some others. Look how they barely nerfed Orianna and totally destroyed Morde this patch. Also look at what they did to Xin Zhao last patch when noone played him at a top-level, it disgusts me how they think this is OK. I have to admit i might be a bit biased towards Morde cause i fucking loved playing him but this nerf was too much. I love LoL and Riot is a great company, but how they fuck up balancing so hard and never release patches/content on time enrages me. What the hell, Riot? ![]()

If you play like the bots because its what you learned, you lose every lane against a mediocre player. coop vs ai is good for quick ip and for when you raged too much and need to stomp something.

I think the backstory on huehuehue may be it is mordekaiser's laugh not sure on that one. 2. Brazilians are notoriously terrible at free to play games, they also only speak in Portuguese. They always feed and never help anything. Note: This is all based off of the Brazilian stereotype not fact. 3. I wouldn't touch co-op vs AI for anything but learning a new character, even then I don't think it is worth it. The bots don't remotely mimic anything that will help you get better, then again neither do most level 13 players.

For around my level (13) am I better off doing normals (more enemy variety, may actually jungle, go for dragon/baron, etc) or AI (lesser chance of retard feeding my team, better team fights)? 1) It's a joke referencing how the sterotypical Brazilian laughs. On the NA Server, Brazilians gained some notoriety for not speaking English and this led to some jokes about them. It's all in good humour now though. 2) The Brazilian Tier List 3) It's really up to you. I would say play some bot games when you're trying out a new champion and want to do things like practise last hitting and seeing how their power level changes after they get certain items. (For instance, Kassadin has a massive jump after his first Needlessly Large Rod /Deathcap, and Trist is strong from 1-6 but then tails off until her Infinity Edge.) It's also an easy First Win of the Day if you want to make sure you get it at the same time every day. But once you have that nailed down, I'd prioritise Normals over Co-Op. Having to deal with silly teammates and understanding when to prioritise your afk-farm and when to fight is a good skill to have, especially as an AD Carry. Other things include knowing how to siege towers, punish people trying to last hit in lane, positioning in team fights, how to zone people and juking skill shots. People don't really jungle at lower levels since the lack of runes+masteries means that your jungling can be really slow depending. The person stuck with the 1v2 lane is probably also bad and will die a lot. So don't expect it much. If I'm ever on the NA Server and feel like playing I don't mind duo-ing with you if you'd like.
