Why would you prime Q before jumping in when it's an autoattack timer reset and you have an on-demand slow? You're basically missing out on a free autoattack's worth of damage for free.

Falls off hard? Talon's lategame is fairly good. Last I checked getting an effective 26% damage multiplier on all autoattack damage tends to make your damage scale super fucking well lategame.

He still turns games into 6v4s. He's just not completely stupidtarded in lane. He probably needs a couple little buffs (WTF, HE CAN'T JUNGLE ANYMORE), but I think he's still viable if you can find a way to not get raped in the first few levels.

No, his lane went from stupidtarted to shit. A full cycle of skills cant even get you to 25% shield. Hitting champs barely gets you to 30%. I understand that his shield is really strong, but he needs to be able to generate 50-75% shield per wave to be competitive.

well, yea, they nerfed his on minion shield generation by 40% + axed the E bonus, so yea, lol, he got raped in that regard, but I think it's probably getting blown out of proportion.

So many things broken this patch.
Tab screen scales with HUD. Need to change game files for it to be readable for people with smaller hud ui.
Game doesn't announce fb (not sure if it still gives first blood gold?)
Game doesn't announce killing sprees.
I think game doesn't announce multikills? Not sure.

For a balance team whose normal changes are in the vein of 'reduced damage by 5-10' or 'changed damage range while retaining average damage per rank', Morde got fucking wrecked. You'd think he was dominatingly powerful compared to other OP champions with how much harder he got slammed.

When is 3 points in Lethality (crit dmg thing) better than 3 points in aspd? Been getting it on champs that I get crit items on but that might be dumb?

Yeah, I really like Riven, but using her Q can be annoying as hell. It's really weird that her Q and her E work completely differently when it comes to directing her. I'd much rather they both work based on cursor positioning, or at least be consistent between the two skills. I also constantly find myself trying to position for Q and getting turned by minions or whatever and end up going the complete wrong direction raaaglaglaglagl.

Anyone else wondering why it took them so fucking long to fix all those shaco bugs??? seriously, the biggest debug of any single 1 champion patch since i've played.

on another notes, Riven is op'd.

on another another note. Riven's q reminds me of marth's (super smash bros brawl and melee) side+b move. Anyone else thought that? Also needs to fix it, so its easier to use, perhaps just have the q move to where the mouse is, rather than where she's facing.
