Riot Singed can be used once one each server for sure

So basically I bought PCGamer and some dude already stole my code.
So I sent QQ e-mail to both Riot and PCGamer, and both of them sent me 1 code each!
Now I have 1 leftover Arctic Caitlyn skin :3
