guys I'am starting to play janna atm. here is my build, give me some criticism:
runes: arpen reds, mreg/lvl yellows, cdr/lvl blues, gold/10 quints masteries: 3,6,21 with 3 in crit/lvl build: core - philo, hog, boots, wards oracle. extensions - wriggles, aegis, zerkers, elixiers of fort and agi. luxuries - starks, cleaver
I think you get the idea. I play sona with a more ap-support stile so far cuz it fits her kit very well. I thought it would be fitting to have a ad- support when my team likes to have things like aegis and starks more than wota and abyssmal. the wriggles+zerkers is the strange part of it but if you consider that it helps to secure dragons, barons, turret kills and gives free wards then it actually makes sense.
thoughts?

Free Gankplank week. Time to try out some Tiamat builds hue. Something like 2 Tiamats and 4 IEdge would be good, right?
|
AD Janna is a complete troll build.
Runes: mres reds, dodge/armor/mp5 yellows, mres per lvl/flat cdr blues, flat ap/mres/gp5 quints
Philo>hog/boots>kindlegem/boots 2 (usually cdr)>kage's>shruelia's>aegis Oracle's as game requires (I prefer boots 2 before getting it).
Can get some aura item last like starks/wota/abyssal. Always have room for a stack of wards. Sell off gold per 5 toward end of game for more useful items. Morello's is also good, but wasted CDR depending on earlier build.

Needs 1 Triforce. Just to be safe. Wriggles too. Proc'd q's with tiamats splash the bonus damage too.

You should run BF Sword into Infinity Edge into Phantom Dancer into Bloodthirster into Quicksilver Sash on Janna. She's a really good AD carry.

FLAT stuff. EARLYGAME. FLAT. Janna doesn't need any runes to do her job lategame.
0/9/21 Wtf is crit/lvl lol, there is a flat crit mastery and a scaling AP mastery. If you wanna be cheeky and randomly crit every 100 games, go 1/8/21.
W>E>Q, R at 6 and possibly at 11 and 16, if you can actually channel it during/between fights. Otherwise keep it at rank 1. rank 1 Q somewhere from 1 to 4.
Boots + ward + pot DRing + Philo CDR Boots Kindlegem Reverie Aegis, Starks, Defense
And don't get the wrong idea: I don't get Philo for the gold/10. I get it because Reverie is awesome.

It was you who raged about Vayne's "low range", right? Janna has 75 range less. That being said, Janna DOES do somewhat decently as a ranged AD, assuming you actually give her plenty of farm and don't run into a very nuke heavy team. Annie can ruin your AD Janna adventures pretty easily.

Janna's attack animation is better.
Wait, are you responding seriously, or are you just going along?

Random stats of IP costs: 450 - 9 1350 - 22 3150 - 20 4800 - 4 6300 - 27
More champs cost 6300 than any other amount.

I always thought the amount of IP was directly proportional to the amount of OP the character brought with it.

Yeah, I took a break from LoL the week before Brand was released. Last week a friend convinced me to play again. Thought I'd take a look at the new champs... opened the shop window and all I saw was... "6300... 6300... 6300... 6300". With the exception of Rumble and Orianna... and those are 4800. Nice one Riot. Not that I am mad, I understand that they want to earn some money. With those prices more ppl are going to buy champs via RP, I guess. But a few less 6,3k ip Champs would be kind of nice.
|
Personally I don't mind the new champs being expensive so long as they keep reducing costs on older champions. There are 31 champions that cost less than 3150 IP, and 31 champions that cost more. As long as they roughly keep the current 3-2-3 ratio with 3150 IP as the middle point it seems fine to me.
Edit: But no 12600 IP price point, ever.

Wait, are you responding seriously, or are you just going along? I would actually call it viable under the right circumstances. And assuming your team never falls behind significantly. Not that you could ever hope to run into one of these circumstances in a solo Q match.
|
Well I mean most things running IE PD BT QSS LW are viable as AD carries >_>; You can do it with Fiddle too, with his hilarious CC.

imagine you spend 3 months designing a champ and then marketing makes it 450 ip

And everyone buys it and you are happy. =)

Hmm, didn't think about that. If you use crit chance reds, you should still be able to maintain 100% crit chance with a triforce. Sounds good to me.

They get paid hourly so the people who actually design them really don't care.
|
I'm pretty shure a large percentage of RP sales are people that buy RP to get a new champ instantly because they can't bother waiting till they grind up like 6k IP. No one is going to buy RP for a 1350 champ and a lot less people for a 3150 champ so I kind of can understand why Riot is mostly releasing 6300s/4800s. I mean, when they keep reducing old champs I don't really care.
|
It should be a 30$ flat payment for 100% of the nonaesthetic content.
Right now it is a 20$/month korean cash shop mmorpg or more if you didnt start when LoL was first released.
