Our team was something like Annie blitz cho ezreal and a jungler who i cant remember. Don't remember what the opponents were. Annie mid, cho top, blitz and I bot. Blitz took 80% of the CS pre-6 and 100% at 6 and later. We were laning against Xin Ashe. In a ranked game? What the hell was he doing farming instead of doing useful things like trying to land grabs. Against xin/ashe unless blitz was auto-attacking creeps they should be pushing the lane like crazy adn blitz should be grabbing them in your turret -_-
I guess that player just doesn't understand the concept of the carry getting CS early to kill stuff late.

You're Ezreal, how is a Blitz outfarming you in lane even if he wanted to?

R. Plus the two opponents were harassing the hell out of me

Yeah that's my point, you just spam Q from behind your minions, and it's really amazing if the blitz can farm freely vs them then

You can also factor in that it was my second game as Ezreal since the free week (a while ago), and that even though I was using the TL guide, i was extremely out of practice. 0-3-0 at 17ish mins, only kill was an ult on an ashe that was running back to base.

Skarner's marquee ability is Impale. This ultimate causes him to skewer an opponent with his tail and drag them around for a few seconds. The positional manipulation of the ability can turn a teamfight by peeling an enemy off of a wounded ally, or dragging a greedy enemy into a tower.
|
Oh fun, his passive looks like a permanent Xin W.

Probably sounding like a broken record after saying this about Yorick and Wukong (and being completely wrong), but potential jungler in Skarner? PbAoE that does bonus damage when chain cast (easiest to do on jungle camps with blue buff) and doubles as a slow for ganks, Xin's W as his passive, and a shield + aspd steroid that also works as a gap-closer.

We don't know what his E is but i'm assuming that it wont make him super tanky so he will probably need to stay in the jungle (good place for a scorpion anyway)

He does sound like he could be a decent jungle. Armor and aspeed buff, aoe skill, and a passive that reduces cooldowns. As always, however, his ability depends wholly on his cd lengths and base damages.

Or maybe like Wukong he'll have an ok jungle kit, but have relatively poor level 1 base stats, making your jungle clear super rough.

yea he sounds like absolute garbage in lane so he better be a decent jungler at least. Gonna play the shit out of him and I need a new jungler anyway. Got like fiddle/trundle right now rofl.

Craton wants more tanky junglers~

Summoners!
Recently, we announced that we would be extending Ladder Season One. We also announced that we would provide rewards to those players who finished the season at each tier of our ladder rankings. Today we are here to announce that the first League of Legends Ladder Season will officially close in late August. Following the end of Ladder Season One, your stats will be archived in your summoner profile, and Pre-Season Two will officially begin.
Now, about those ladder rewards. As we previously mentioned, all those who participated in Season One by playing at least 10 matchmade games will receive the commemorative Judgment Kayle skin. Additionally, after your stats have been archived, and all players that are currently holding a tiered rating (bronze, gold, silver, or platinum) in our ladder rankings will receive the following additional rewards:
Bronze-rated players will receive a bronze banner in their summoner profile. Silver-rated players will have their summoner icon framed in silver and receive a silver banner in their summoner profile. Gold-rated players will have their summoner icon framed in gold and will receive a special skin for Jarvan IV, a gold banner in their summoner profile, and a gold forum badge. Platinum-rated players will have their summoner icon framed in platinum and will receive a special skin for Jarvan IV, a platinum banner in their summoner profile, and a platinum forum badge.
During Pre-Season Two, there will also be several opportunities to improve your team's status for the Season Two Championship. Over the past few weeks we've announced qualifiers for the Intel Extreme Masters Global Challenges in Germany, China, and the United States. We're happy to announce that top placing teams in these qualifiers and during the Global Challenges will be credited Circuit Points for the Season Two Circuit retroactively once the season begins. Circuit points will be used to determine a team's rank in their respective region and qualify them for the Season Two Regionals. Stay tuned for more details, but if you'd like to see a recap of the Season One Regionals, then check out our Season One Regional site.
We are looking forward to seeing everyone make one final push to finish out Season One in style and bring home some fantastic rewards. http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=1050815

Well shit, does anyone in Silver want to grind to Gold with me? I'm only about 1500 right now but I've got some friends who I'm better than that are 1700-1800.
|
Gold is apparently 1875, which is quite a skill gap from even 1700, imo. There are only 1000 people on NA 1875+.
