Playing LoL on secondary monitor

I have a dual monitor setup, and I want to play LoL in windowed mode on the 2nd monitor. However, when I match the monitor resolution with the game resolution, I get the bar at the top, so I cannot scroll down with my mouse.

Does anyone have a similar problem?

I probably can't personally help, but telling your operating system is probably a good idea.

looked in the LoL main forums but couldn't find a solution tough -.-

try setting the resolution down, the game itself is not larger than the screen, but when you move LoL to the 2nd monitor it will give you the bar around which then extends the size of the entire game window. Only solution is to try and set it to a smaller size, as far as I know atlest (I am not sure if something like ace client supports resizing outside the default set perimiters).

Try using a program called shiftwindow. I'm not entirely sure it would work but it seems that it would to me.

alt tab into the window and it should work fine. If your OS isnt sure which window is on top it won't lock your mouse onto the window.

The OS is windows 7 64 bit

You can make windows borderless by opening this with notepad:
C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\game\DATA\CFG\game.cfg

Find:

Windowed=

Add another line after Windowed and make it look like this:

Windowed=1
BorderlessWindow=1

Solution:

1)right click desktop>properties>Settings
set the game monitor you wish to play on as your primary monitor(1 instead of 2) then slide it to the corresponding side its on.

2) set that monitors resolution to the size you set the game resolution to

3) if you want windowed mode, set it as that & use ShiftWindow to identify&maximize the league of legends client process to full size

I got it bro you want to open up lol...then go to mission control and drag it over to the second screen. It will work then and will full screen the right way. Hope it works out for you.
