Technically his late game got a little bit of a buff too but we'll see if it was enough to make him not feel absolute garbage tier once the game hits 40 minutes. | ||

Out of all the globals, his is probably the most annoying. The potential to counter any gank. zzz Riot would have to nerf the ulti shield into the ground for Shen not to be banned. Not to mention he's a manaless tank. Riot already took away his self shield for the ulti but Shen's been perma-ban status since weeks ago. huk | ||

and when they killed his self-shield they also halved the healing from vorpal and took a bunch of damage off of it. not to mention they killed feint before that too. mb lee sin will be OP then perma bans will be zilean leesin nocturne and urgot WHY ARE PEOPLE NOT BANNING URGOT JESUS HE'S SO OP | ||

He ia only must ban so long as there are no gamebreaking champs. Strong, but not op. | ||

Strong, but not op. Never mentioned anything about OP. I just said his ulti is the most annoying global. For me, I ban based on the potential of ruining team fights for my team. So that means I ban Shen/Zil almost always. Solo Q, you don't have the coordination to consistently counter such ultimates. | ||

Terrible scaling with levels (even though she is positioned as a support which is ridiculous) and the fact that the %part on her heal is AP-dependent break her. But she's fun because she is really hard and somewhat frustrating to play at times. The saddest thing is that unlike say, Soraka or even to a lesser extent Janna, you need your lanemate to understand what her skills do. With W and E for laning, you can actually have a decent laning phase (E is a variation of Sion's shield with an extra spice and W is just plain hillarious), but if your lanemate is a ranged squishy or a melee who doesn't really understand how far can he go, it's very bad. Her worst problem for solo Q, really. If your lanemate is something like Alistar or say Irelia and they go into melee range for you to land your shield on them and then actually understand that W does damage when they go behind their target, it's a lot of damage with your ally taking close to none. If at least some of the above is not fulfilled, it's only a lot of frustration. Compare that to Soraka who is just a bot who gives you health and mana at regular intervals and autoattacks at times. Karma's innate passive ability also makes little to no sense. I can understand why Tryndamere or Olaf or Mundo can get their DPS skyrocketing when they reach low HP, they all have skillsets to make use of that. Karma is a squishy support (really unsuited for damage, no matter how rich you are) that can't even build tank if she gets farmed because her whole support business relies on AP/CDR items is a strange pick for a "do more the lower your life is" kind of passive. I can't even understand why Riot made her level scaling so bad. Her E at level 6 still does less damage/shield than Sion's shield at level 5 and it has worse AP rates to begin with. Same with all of her other skills. You can buff every skill of her by like 30% and she still won't be overpowered, just decent. But after playing her I'm convinced I want her buffed because she rewards quick thinking so much and is very hard to play, a champ you would enjoy mastering. EDIT: Actually, the more I think of it, the more I come to the conclusion that Garen/Karma bot should be retardedly powerful provided the opponents are not dual stun lane or even better if stunless (something like Zilean babysitting someone). R-W him for the imba ms, he turns on Q, R-E him for AoE damage and shield, he E's and procs your W's damage with his insane movespeed. Somebody test this in duo queue. | ||

I keep leveling up Q and E. I think W is far too situational to be good. Maybe if it actually sped Karma up it would be worth using but it doesn't. Level Q over E if you're up against ranged harasses. E over Q if you're against melee champs who are likely to rush you. Q is a very very strong spell. It's a cone AoE on a 6 second cooldown. It's especially strong when your carries have a lot of base HP (read: strong when combined with the likes of vlad and olaf). | ||

IIRC I've only seen Solomid/CLG/etc. run Lux bot when you have a roamer like Taric/Alistar that can let her take the farm/XP by herself--she can farm ok while they're away because she clears waves well (so bot tower won't get pushed down) and can last-hit things from super-long range with Q/E. | ||
