solo queue is so exciting. I first pick pantheon. Janna + Panth + Ashe + Shaco + Kass. I tell the team that I'm going to solo push since we can't fight for shit since our comp is complete and total ass. Team proceeds to split up and die repeatedly. The best was at the end of a 4v5 game I had no mana when we made a last desperate push because we had just scored an ace and it was the only way we'd win. We got one nexus tower down and then their fed Yi was up and dominated the two other players with me. The whole team was about to be up and I ran away. I was told that if I had stayed and auto attacked the other nexus turret which was at 40% health, we would have won the game right there. It wasnt just one person either, it was the entire team saying this. I hear all the time about how you're supposed to be able to carry bad players if you're good enough, but I just don't see how, especially on certain champions. Even if I'm killing the whole team over and over if it's 4v5 or I have someone constantly feeding, it's nearly impossible for me. And of course if Im playing Ryze he doesnt have much backdoor ability. | ||

I had a game last night in which I was directing the team very well. We had lanes pushed, we had the appropriate number of people come to defend towers, etc. I even got them to bait a fight at Baron and it turned out very much in our favor where we got the 2nd mid lane tower and took baron. However, when 4/5 of us had baron and I called for all of us to go mid and slowly push but not to commit to a team fight at the tower (out team comp was horrible for it) you can guess what happened. The other team proceeds to ace, pushes to win, and then my team starts crying retarded comments while failing to recognize how the fuck they screwed up. The one good thing about this was like many games when my team is a bunch of retards who then start to blame others at the score screen the other team chimes in and defends me lol. Saying that it isn't worth getting upset about when they don't listen and it is out of your hands isn't worth much imo. I would rather not lead and just pewpew and then not be upset if we lose. If I am putting forth real effort to win and my team derps all over then I'm going to be upset. Like I've said in the past, this is not an Elo issue for me but a competant player issue. I couldn't care less what rating I am at. | ||

There are too many examples of things like this, like who should be doing what in a team fight etc, and don't even try to explain to your team that your team is suited to kiting more than straight up engagements. But yeah, it also makes me wonder all the stuff that other people take for granted that I'm too derp to know. | ||

I dunno what it is about Janna, but I just can't play that bitch. | ||
